If you are an individual seeking coaching services (referred to as "Coaching Client" or "Potential Client"), we help you find a suitable coach based on your goals and needs.

2. Agreement Acceptance:

   By using our website, you agree to comply with the Terms of Service and our privacy policy. Mega Global Coaches Network is a division of Mega Global Hub (OPC) Private Limited, located at 9-35/105, Arafath Manzil, Munduparamba.po, Malappuram, Kerala, India.

3. Acceptance of Terms:

   You accept the Terms by either clicking to agree or by using the website. If you do not meet the legal age requirement or are barred from receiving services under relevant laws, you may not use our service.

   You can access our directory without registration. To be listed as a Professional Coach and access additional features, you must create an account. As a Coach, you are responsible for account security. Our service is a platform connecting users and does not provide counseling or medical services.

   Users assume all risks associated with online and offline interactions. Mega Global Coaches does not guarantee user accuracy or compatibility. We are not liable for the content, products, or services provided by coaches.

6. Policy Compliance:

   Users agree not to engage in advertising, harassment, or misuse of the service. Coaches must adhere to professional standards and not provide medical or legal advice.

7. Ownership of Content:

   Mega Global Coaches owns the intellectual property rights of the site. User submissions become the property of the company.

9. Miscellaneous Terms:

10. Coach Terms of Use:

    Coaches may sign up for Gold or VIP Annual Memberships to be listed in the coach directory.

11. Coach Representations:

    Coaches must provide accurate information, exercise a high standard of care, and maintain one account.

12. Disclaimer of Warranty:

    Mega Global Coaches is not liable for coaching services provided. Coaches are responsible for their interactions and agree to indemnify the company.

13. Membership Fees:

    Coaches pay fees according to billing terms. Automatic renewals are default, but coaches can opt out. Fees for additional services are quoted separately.

14. Cancellation/Refund

    In the event that the Coach want to withdraw from the Membership, they will not be entitled to any refunds.

15. User-Generated Content Liability:

    Mega Global Coaches accepts no liability for content generated by users or user activities. Users are solely responsible for their contributions and activities.

16. Disclaimer and Limitations on Liability:

    Users and Coaches use the services at their own risk. Mega Global Coaches is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the website or services.

17. Coach Services and Contact Information:

    Coaches understand that their contact information may be publicly available. Coaches assume all risks associated with online and offline interactions with clients.

18. Coach Disclaimer of Client Referrals:

    Mega Global Coaches does not guarantee the number or frequency of client referrals made available to coaches through the services.
