A dual major in Marketing and HR from MDI, Gurgaon, I am passionate about working with people and partnering them in their journey towards their goals. I have managed large teams spread across geographies and seeing their development has been a source of motivation for me over my 20-year career.
To pursue my passion and to build on my post-graduation HR major, I undertook his coaching certification and accreditation journey about a year back. During this journey, he has been mentored by Colleen Lighbody (MCC, PhD) who is a world renowned coach based in South Africa and under the umbrella of Coacharya (among the leading institutes in the field of coaching globally). During this journey I have completed more than 140 hrs of coaching and more than 80 hours of mentorship. I have experience of working with middle to senior level professionals and entrepreneurs.
I also love teaching and working with students. Weekends for me are best spent in taking guest lectures for post-graduation management students. It gives me the chance to provide direction to young minds through the prism of my experience and through my expertise as a coach and facilitator.
I bring a blended experience of high-level business management and leadership coaching. I try to be a catalyst for the coachee by playing 6 roles as a Coach – Being the Listening Board, Triggering Thought, Partnering Accountability, being a Cheer Leader, a Truth-teller and Building Confidence.
