My coaching style                                                                                        My coaching style is supportive, yet challenging and results oriented.  As your coach I strive to heighten your awareness to deepen the learning by coaching you as a whole person. Thus, releasing the well-spring of your inner brilliance and potential. This enables you to achieve the insights and clarity of your desired outcome to move forward and achieve your goals. My clients appreciate the safe space they experience to think, reflect and empower them to find their own answers that drive results and positive changes. Business experience                                                                            I have more than 10 years of experience as a Professional Credential Coach(PCC) accredited by ICF (International Coach Federation). I am passionate and particularly keen to serve and support leaders in the corporate due to my 25 years working experience in the corporate in FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) multinational companies. My experience includes more than 15 years in senior leadership positions in the area of Sales, Marketing and Production management.

Through my coaching journey and experience, I have coached and supported numerous middle management and senior leaders. The industries I supported the leaders include, Financial Services, Marketing, Technology Companies, Start –Ups and Infrastructure conglomerates.  I have a deep passion to support leaders to be the best authentic version of themselves and to be able to Coach, Empower and Develop their team members into future leaders creating transformative and significant changes that impact positive sustainable changes and contribution to their companies and to the societies.
