I have more than 25 years of work experience in the USA and Nepal, lived in 6 countries with significant experience and expertise in building mutually beneficial business partnerships and leading highly diverse multicultural efficient & and effective teams. I have been developing innovative solutions for organizational development, management, coaching, mentoring, and entrepreneurship. I am also working as a senior career coach at George Washington University School of Business, USA, providing US acculturation to all international students, creating career roadmaps & designing career coaching programs, and coaching & and advising support to graduate MBA and master level, students. I have helped 1000+ International job seekers in their career transition worldwide.

I am a co-founder of Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management (SMSH) since 2001, Nepal’s first private hospitality college to provide international standard quality education in Nepal and provide skilled hospitality graduates worldwide , and presently working as Director of On-Campus Recruitment, at SMSH, Kathmandu, Nepal.

I have been volunteering at the World Bank Group Family Network (WBGFN) since 2008 and was the President of Operations for years 2012-13; was the co-founder of the career & and volunteering program at the WBGFN for its 4000+ members worldwide.

I was awarded as one of the "50 most influential global coaching leaders" in 2016 by the World Coaching Congress. I have an MBA with a concentration in Human resources and an undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management from Switzerland. I am also a Certified Hospitality Educator from the Educational Institute of American Hotel & Lodging Association, USA.
