Biography

With a successful tenure in Education, and experience in Business Management for over 18 years, I have learnt that the foundation of any Business/ Leadership role in any sector is COMMUNICATION with clarity, coherence and purpose.

As a Mindful leadership and communication coach, my aim is to help and empower Women, Youth, and New or Emerging business leaders to communicate effectively, build emotional intelligence and lead with Clarity, Calm and Elegance. Women leading with heart who want to avoid burnout and lead with more impact. Empowering Teens & Young adults to build confidence, clarity & purpose in a noisy world and transforming their potential into real world confidence & resilience.
