Dr. Kristy K. Taylor, also known as the Social Impact Career Coach, has lectured on the campus of Yale University, was selected as one of Harvard’s Women in Higher Educational Leadership, and as a Higher Education Leadership Fellow (HELF). In addition to being a Certified HR Organizational Development Practitioner, she is a military veteran, author, educator, and a Certified Professional Career & Executive Coach with expertise in REBT Mindset Life, Positive Psychology, and Emotional Intelligence Coaching with over 20+ years of experience.
Dr. Taylor is the founder of WORxK Solutions, LLC, where she specializes in providing career and organizational development, as well as resiliency coaching and workshop facilitation for mission-driven individuals and organizations. Utilizing her signature REBT DEIA Framework as a change management model, Dr. Taylor is dedicated to building resilient organizations that can thrive in today's dynamic environment. She has facilitated resiliency workshops for organizations such as Walmart and Pathways to Housing DC and has been a featured guest on multiple podcasts and summits.
As the host of the WORxK Solutions Podcast and author of the Amazon #1 bestseller “Ace the Medical Interview and Prevent a Code Blue,” Dr. Taylor is a thought leader in her field. She also created the DiversityWORxKs Roundtable Series and founded the Strategic Alliance for African American Female Entrepreneurs (The SAAFE Space), which currently boasts over 350 members.
Dr. Taylor holds a Doctorate of Health Science in Global Health from A.T. Still University, a Certificate in Advanced Educational Leadership from Harvard University, and a certification in DEI in Leadership with specializations in Coalition Building and Inclusive Workplaces from Miami University.
