His area of support is also extended to personal effectiveness, setting realistic goals, and becoming organized and structured. Ilham also helps to cultivate servant leadership via coaching and mentoring technics.

Overall, he is a professional with more than 30 years of practical experience. 25 years from these were obtained by working in one of the leader companies in the energy sector.
Since January 2024 İlham Musayev after 25 oil & gas sector experience has made a transformational shift into sports industry and is working as a Transformation Program Manager.

Since October 2023 Ilham N Musayev is elected as an ICF Azerbaijan Chapter President.
In February 2024, Ilham N Musayev has been awarded an Honorary Doctorate degree in Advanced Studies (Business Administration) by Azteca University.
