Michaela is experienced HR professional. She studied 2 fields - human resources and pedagogy. She has experience working in start-up environment and also in corporate world. Her strong side is transformation of company culture and embeding HR department as a true business partner in company. Her passion is personal development. Both in her professional and personal life - develepment takes a big part. While working with her clients (friends) she puts emphasis on authenticity. She is a strong female leader, who puts smile and little bit of rebellion into her work and life. Over the years she was acting as mentor and coach with local and also global clients. She is curious about different cultures. In her own words "I personally feel that participating in mentoring and coaching programs is not just a one way street. Both participants are learning from each other - of course if the program works well. So being mentor and coach is for me not only about exchanging knowledge and experience but also about building relationship with mentee based on trust and mutual respect.”
